March 3rd Day 234

Another windy day in the Florida Keys. Decided to polish the stainless rail today
to keep the rust off. Salt water really takes it toll on boats. We took the bikes over to West Marine today which was a long ride but the wind was at our backs which helped us along. I believe it was the first time I was in West Marine and did not spend anything. We stoped at Marathon Boat Yard to say hello to Donna's bosses, they can't wait till she gets back on April 1st. The ride back was not fun with the wind blowing in our face made us really work hard. We stopped at Keys Fisheries for a late lunch and a peddle break. It is right on the Florida Bay with a great view. It is suppose to be one of the must stops in Marathon. I had a half dozen stone crabs while we decided what we wanted to order and they were great. Lin had chicken and I had the must have lobster ruben, which was really good. Once full and rested we mounted our trusty bikes to face the wind on the second half of the journey to the boat. Stopped at Publix for supplies and headed down the road to the marina. At least on that part of the ride the wind was at our backs. Oh by the way our new bike seats are GREAT.
