March 22nd Day 253

Another relaxing day in the sunny South. Did all the engine checks to get ready to get underway tomorrow morning. We defrosted the fridge's freezer and are hoping it will be the last time before we get back up North. Tomorrow we will head to Lake Park and see Susan who runs our Marina up North. It is about a 50 mile run and we have to have 9 bridges opened so we can pass under them. Not sure how many no wake zones there are but we are hoping we can get there by cocktail hour. On the New River where we are now there are all kinds of no wake signs but no one pays attention to them except us on the way in. Now we understand why the yacht behind us almost ran us over and was a little annoyed at us for going so slow. Tomorrow we will know better and make the trip out to the ICW a little shorter.
