Yesterday was a great day, sun shinning and weather beautiful. We went to the Sears tower which is now the Willis Tower. It is 103 stories high. We went to the top and saw Chicago from the highest point in Chicago. They have a few glass extensions that you can go on and you are looking down 103 floors. The first step was ok but the mind said what are you doing. It is a real thrill. I could not pass up the opportunity when a skidish women stepped on the glass I said its cracking, she screamed and jumped off. After I told her I was kidding her friend was able to talk her into going out there again for a picture. Probably lucky she did not belt me with her pocket book. Next we walked over to the planetarium and took the tour. We headed back had a few cocktails and decided to call it a day. We were going to leave today but decided to stay one more day to get the boats ready for the river. There are 40 bridges we go under the first day so things have to be lowered as clearance is 17' and one bridge has to be raised (10' closed). I will also give the boat a good wash and dry. Lin & Donna are going shopping today and Dan and I will head to the liquor store.
