Aug 19th Day 29

Was the start of a nice morning. We were in the Big Chute at 8:30 and it was quite the ride, it is real a great system the hill is steep but the train platform keeps the boat level. While in the air I had the lock master look at my prop and he confirmed by findings, it needs to be replaced. we will have the boat hauled at Steve and Sue's new marina Bay Moorings Marina. When we got to the lock at Severn the wind picked up and the sky got black, we made the decision to wait till morning to go the 15 miles down the Georgian Bay. Bay did not look to good, so today was a real short day 2 hours and only 7.1 miles. We have a spare set of props so we will put them on and wait till we get to Florida to have the prop repaired. That is it from the water front for now.
